Interview
The interview process included a Zoom interview. They work really hard to make the process unbiased and they ask the same questions to each applicant. At times, this makes the interview not flow very well, but it ensures everyone is answering similar questions. Everyone is very welcoming, and the questions are standard ones on your background, understanding of the law, and empathy levels.
