Interviewed by two senior management individuals. They were dressed professionally. The interview began with them asking alternately a series of typed questions. The questions were average in difficulty and I could not tell who was the highest in charge between the two. After answering about 15 questions they excused themselves from the room. One person returned with a piece of paper explaining that this was part two of the interview, a test. I was reassured that it was not a pass or fail but just a test to see where I was at, I was encouraged to take my time and she would return in about 15 minutes. Upon her return she stood and read some of ny answers. And ended the interview stating that they would be in touch either way when they were finished conducting their interviews with others. I was escorted out.
