I interviewed through my school's recruiting and career service department. After submitting a resume, you interview with someone (on campus) from Eastman. Then, after a few weeks, the interviewer will contact you and let you know whether or not you have been selected. The people at the office were very nice and willing to help with any questions or problems that needed to be addressed.

When was a time you encountered adversity and how did you overcome it?
The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer did not smile a lot which made me a bit nervous. It was brief, only about 20 minutes or less. It was similiar to other interviews at the fair I attended.
