I applied online through my universities hiring website. I also went to the job fair/Co-Op fair and saw them twice. I was asked to come to an on-campus interview the next week. Everyone who represented Eastman at the career fair was extremely nice and inviting. The engineer and HR manager I interviewed with were also very nice.
