Eastridge Workforce Solutions Temp Position interview questions

The first time I was interviewed,a male recruiter said I didn't have a chance because I had no work experience in manufacturing and didn't offer the class they offer.The second time I got interviewed,I got a female recruiter who was very polite/professional and offered the class right away.I got the same male recruiter for the class and I passed every test he gave me.He also became my head recruiter.Overall,they give off the vibe that you are fully expendable to them and I would not have gotten in if it was not for the female recruiter giving me a chance.
