At first they just get to know you. Then you are asked situation-based questions that would happen if you worked there. You must tell them when to get a manager involved, when not to, and how you would handle things.

Interview
Interview went by smoothly as I met with 2 managers who were attentive, understanding, kind and made me feel comfortable. Even during orientation they made me feel apart of the family.
