Very simple phone conversation followed by an in person interview and a trail shift. They mostly let my experience speak for itself. Interviewer was very kind and explained all of the smaller concepts within the broader context, and asked which ones I was most interested in before making an offer.

Interviewed with HR by phone, then in person interview with hiring manager & dir of HR, then a few more interviews. Very Italian culture. If you speak italian then you already have a head start. There is not a structure for interviews. It's all about how they feel about you.
