It was an phone interview, the HR sounded like follow a standard question lists and showed no interested in knowing you. I asked how's my qualification in terms of the candidate they are looking for, he said I am very much qualified, but in the end I didn't get the offer

Simple interview process. Got a call from the recruiter in HR, and set up an interview the following day. Everyone I met with was super nice and helpful. I was so nervous when I arrived, but overall great experience. I met with the GM of one restaurant and then two more at a later date.
