It was weird. In the email I received confirming the interview, they said "Dress professionally and be early". Who wouldn't dress professionally?? Anyway... I was 10 mins early. And the interviewers were 20+ minutes late to the interview. Already a bad start. It seemed as though they were selling me the position versus me selling my skills. I applied to the Program Therapist position, which is what I am licensed and qualified for. But they said "We like our PTs to start as MCs". It would be a great job if I was still in school, but not the environment or culture I am looking for in a position.

Easy and straightforward interview (virtual). Team was nice to meet with.
The cons: Not all of the postings have clear and transparent salaries listed. The benefits and PTO package offered is not on par with other offerings in the field. Salary offers are very much lowballs.
