Went really smoothly with the recruiter and my new supervisor. Both women were very genuine and friendly. The conversation was organic rather than the typical stuffy job interview questions. I ended up accepting the job because they were by far the easiest to get ahold of, they respected my time, and were very honest about the entire process and what they were looking for.
