I received an e-mail within 30 minutes of applying to schedule a phone call with the recruiter. This call lasted about 15 minutes and was very generic (tell me about yourself, why did you apply...) The recruiter left things pretty vague but then a week later I got an unexpected call from the hiring manager and had a second in-depth phone interview lasting about 45 minutes. I was asked to come in and interview in person. I interviewed with two managers and it all seemed to go pretty well. However, I never heard from anyone ever again, not even to let me know I didn't get the job. I wish they would get back to those they don't hire - the whole thing has left a lasting impression for me.
