Received a email to schedule a phone interview within a week of applying on Indeed. I had an in person interview the following week and met with the nutrition director. I followed up a few times about the position, but did not hear back until ~2.5 weeks later when the nutrition director called me to ask if I was still interested in the job. The following day HR called me with a job offer.
