I was asked very basic questions from a recruiter about my skills. She couldn't answer any of my questions about the role. Based on my experience with this interview and seeing the position still up several weeks later, I think they were too picky. I had a few recruiters reach out to me about the position and I had to awkwardly tell them that I already applied and interviewed. Oh, and I never heard back about next steps. I was 👻ed.
