Applied online for position with resume and cover letter. I received an email the next day via their HR department requesting a phone interview (I am living out-of-state). Phone interview was the following day. Questions were very, very basic; not typical questions for a management position. I then received another email with an application form to fill out. It included prior work history and situational interview questions. I was not offered the position as I didn't meet the practicing requirements (in years) for this very specific patient group. However the process was straightforward and pleasant.
