Interview
Was a really nice interview - didn't feel too much pressure. The interviewer was friendly and conversational, more focused on getting to know me as a person than grilling me. Questions were straightforward and behavioral, mostly about how I'd handle different situations with patients. Felt like a genuine two-way conversation.

Interview
Easy process but require more experience than they advertise. Claim they have a culture to train those who have the heart but they do not mean it. Just like every other job you need a degree and experience before they'll consider you. Waste of time. They already had my resume and I had an enjoyable interview that seemed like I was a good fit. Why lead applicants on like this?
