I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Glenolden, PA) in May 2026
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter then phone interview with hiring manager then in person interview, spoke with hiring manager then panel of engineers, presented candidate background presentation then had break-off smaller group questions. Some technical questions, not overly technical though.
Everything is smooth, nice, and good. I also learned a lot from the interview and enjoyed it. The interview isn't too long, it's of an average length. The questions that were been asked during the interview were also interesting.
Technical , Managerial and HR total three rounds to clear the interview process. If first round is clear you are asked for second round. mostly they ask all about your resume what you have written and current company work what ever you do.
