The interview was good asked mostly about past experience and reviewed all of my resume. There was interviewers in the room with me. Both of the interviewers were really nice and asked a lot of questions. The interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but it lasted almost an hour.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton in Jun 2023
Interview
One initial screening call with a recruiter and then one call with the manager. Then brought in for an in-person interview that lasted around 2 hours. Included a tour of the factory.
Interviw was a straightforward process. All done via MS Teams due to Covid protocol. There was a phone screening, interview with direct supervisor, and panel style interview with personel of different backgrounds.
