El proceso de selección fue excelente desde el inicio. La persona que me entrevistó demostró un alto nivel de profesionalismo, amabilidad y claridad en cada etapa. Siempre estuvo en contacto, brindando información oportuna y mostrando interés genuino por el candidato. Respondió todas mis dudas con paciencia y transparencia, lo cual generó una experiencia muy positiva. Sin duda, fue un proceso muy bien gestionado y altamente recomendable.

Interview
It was more about exposure to tools and knowledge about marketing terms. Also, it was also focussed on behavioural aspects while working in a company.
The first round was only a chat with the HR about current job profile, salary expectation etc.
Second round was with the manager for testing the knowledge of tools and more marketing terms
Third was with the HR and senior manager to know more about how you would react in a specific situation
Fourth was about salary negotiations
