Interview
Started with a phone screen then was invited for a 3 hour interview. The 3 hour interview was divided by 4 sessions with breaks in between. The questions asked were very similar and were mostly behavioral. Little to no technical questions. By the end, it felt exhausting repeating the same thing and I wondered what benefit there was to this long interview process. I received no feedback and a general rejection many weeks later.
