They call you in and nice simple interview they pretty much wanna know if you're able to work hard labor at first the job is kinda fast pace but then you get use to it decent pay

Hired as an temp. employee. Observed over a two month period. Offer a position after an interview, criminal background and completion of drug test. Overall interview was straight to the point.

Interview
HR calls and does a phone screen . Then you interview with a supervisor. They do a drug test and a background screen. You need great references. They are very nice but the interview questions are very tough. They only take the best of the best!
