It was just one man interviewing me. He started by giving quite a lengthy overview of ecolab and nalco and my job scope. I did not have to say a word. After which, he started to ask me from the stuffs stated in my resume and finally asked me to tell me more about myself. They will apparently be a second round and a site visit of the lab.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ecolab in Jan 2024
Interview
It was really great, there were two meetings on the first scheduled interview day. First was with the manager of the plant, the second was with the two team members I would be working with directly. Everyone made sure to make me feel comfortable and confident and rather then feeling like you're getting drilled questions it's more like conversation starters, they want to get to know you and if you would fit personality wise with the team as well as skills wise.
