Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Twll me about a time and be specific. When there was an angry customer and what you did to resolve the issue.
I indicated I didn't have a college degree in my application and then the called for an interview. During the interview they asked if I had a college degree, I said no, and they said they have to discontinue the interview for that reason.
It was very informative and straightforward the interviewer was very polite. The interviewer was very polished and spoke smooth and controlled. The interviewer answered any questions I had. The interviewer really sold me on really wanting to work for the company
Pretty lax. Long wait time between interviews though. 3-6 weeks? Best be working another job in the mean time. Not counting another 3-6weeks for a POSSIBLE job offer. Interview itself is great though. Nice hearing personable experiences from higher up who has been there for a decade.
