I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ecolab (Naperville, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
They emailed me first. Phone interview for screeing was very easy and straightforward. Took about 30 minutes. Brought me up to Chicago for an onsite. Talked with 6 people in 3 hours. Each person had a completely different personality and background and all asked different questions. Some were fun and energetic, others were very dry and professional. Pretty exhausting afternoon though.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ecolab (Naperville, IL) in Feb 2013
Interview
Long interview. Overall good experience. It took a half a day, met with six different people for a half hour each. Each person had different backgrounds and different personalities. Asked questions that were more behavior based rather then technical questions. Not a difficult interview but can be tiring talking with all of the different interviewers.
