A short phone interview - experience based questions. Followed by a personality test about fish, a fisherman and weather. A 1:1 coaching session prior to panel interview, primary purpose was to learn what the company did. An in-person panel interview - 2 senior level folks and 1 junior level new hire. One of the senior interviewers demanded to see a letter of recommendation. Thankfully I had a hard copy available.
