The interview started with "Tell me a little about yourself." ...
"What are your biggest weaknesses?" ... "What are your biggest strengths?", explain several situations. You should describe situations using the STAR method. Also they asked why you are interested in the company? HR, operation manager and supervisors were together during the interview. After that they asked me if I had any questions or comments to add.. It took me around 45 min to finish the interview.

It was a very interesting experience. You immediately get a sense of 'TEAM SPIRIT' The Safety Culture of the Organization is impressive. There is also the potential for growth for staff via trainings and refresher course/workshop.

Interview
1st interview was by phone nothing hard basic questions, review resume and name a time type questions. If you do good you will get a second interview via Zoom and basically the same as the 1st interview but they don't turn their cameras on so you are talking to a black screen and just a complete waste of time.
