The entire phone interview process has been very professional. I was notified via email about the interview 2 days prior, sent a reminder a day before, and another reminder an hour before. Ms. Cora Moen - the recruitment specialist that interviewed me has been phenomenal. She made me feel at ease and asked very pertinent questions while adequately explaining the role and useful information about the company and answered all my questions professionally to my satisfaction.
