Interview
I applied through a university. The interviewer was nice, but she seemed to want to rush the interview. The recruiter looked over my resume and asked questions. We went through my previous job experience and she seemed to base some of her questions over what I had on my resume. Overall it lasted about 30minutes.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ecolab (Naperville, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
One round interview with lower management. Quick and informal hiring process. Got to meet the people I'd be working for. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. I don't think my interview year was very competitive because what I thought to be a slightly above average interview was met with very positive comments
