What sort of experience do you have in the oil and gas field and what do you know about Nalco Champion as a company
The interview was pretty simple. I interviewed 3 times before the offer was sent. It is usually a recruiter, a direct manager, and a high level manager. There is sometimes a ride along portion so you can see what the day-to-day looks like.
