Interview
Met with a recruiter at our school's career fair. They were cherry-picking people they liked and immediately signing them up for an interview the next week. First round was very brief - about 30 mins with an engineer and someone from HR. Got an email a week and a half later saying that they wanted to move me forward and to take an online "leadership assessment." The questions were SAT-type math questions--in no way indicative of "leadership."
Got an email a couple of days later inviting me to a plant visit in Sugar Land. We needed to be there the day before the plant visit for a dinner + meeting some of the employees and other co-ops. The following day, there were 8 rounds of interviews along with a tour of the plant.
Got an email a week later that they would not be moving me forward.
