Long process. Very detailed and thorough. Definitely very limited on who is chosen and who continues. 2-3 month long process from start to finish. Interviewed with multiple people including VP
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ecolab (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2022
Interview
Seemed like a pleasant interview on a Tuesday. I was told I would be contacted by Friday or the following Monday with their decision. I was never contacted and have sent multiple emails to try and follow up as I was genuinely interested in the position. I probably dodged a bullet. If they lie about something as simple as just a response, I'd hate to see how they treat employees.

Question 1
Typical open-ended questions. Nothing unique or rather thought-provoking.
The first interview was about the job description and experience related to the job applied. The interview is scheduled for 45 minutes. An assessment must be completed before scheduling the phone interview. Now I am scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Hope everything goes fine.
