I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ecolab in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied for the position. The recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. The day of the phone interview the recruiter emailed me canceling the interview and to set up another interview with another recruiter. After the phone interview i received another email to set up a face to face interview. The day of the face to face interview the recruiter calls to say the manager cant make it so i had to reschedule again. Between that and twice now after an interview they didnt hire anyone due to a hiring freeze. The interview was supposed to be at least an hour. They rushed the whole interview and it only took 20 mins. Totally unprofessional and mismanaged company. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Greensboro, NC) in Jul 2019
Interview
Had initial phone interview with the recruiter, 2nd phone interview was with the hiring Manager. Met with 4 employees for 4.5 hours for on-site interviews. Felt very good about the interviews.
