Ecolab Vice President interview questions

Very long process, It would have been better if I knew someone at the company. lots of people to meet you get shot around talk to all the people you would be working with. Many levels of interviews seems like a solid process but not sure how effective it can be if everyone seems to ask the same questions and you have to track what you've said and if you already said it to the same person
