Edelman AAE interview questions

Applied online through the website,was then contacted a few days later for a phone interview,then moved onto a Skype interview with three account execs and then a writing test! The overall process was stressfull,but in a good way! Everyone was nice and did not try and intimidate you,but made you feel comfortable in answering and asking questions.

First there is a phone interview, once you pass you must take a skills test online or in person, if approved, you return to the office for an in person interview. I was interviewed by 3 different team members. They do not make it an intimidating process. Questions were not difficult.
