An external recruiter from Jasper Rose put me forward for a 30 minute interview with a senior member of the of the team. It was conducted via zoom. I was asked several competancy based questions. The interviewer didnt really offer the oppportunity for me to ask questions. I had to ask for it as she was prepearing to close the interview. Overall it was a pleasant interview but I have an issue with the sreening process. They did not progress my application as they felt I did not have enough 'Media industry' experience. If that was the case why did the waste my time? I believe they should have reviewed my CV before hand to check if I meet the selection criterea.
