Interview
Had a phone screen with several people, then was given a test to complete in my own time. The test took several hours to complete and once I submitted it, I got zero feedback. I received a form letter stating that they were not moving forward. I reached out to the recruiter for more feedback but didn't get a reply. Tests completed at home take valuable time, especially if the company reaches out to you first for an interview.
