The interview process was the best I've encountered. Edify was very transparent and made sure to answer any questions if I had any. It started with a phone screen which led to a take-home and lastly an on-site interview with the team.

They asked me promised-based questions on the technical side. Also on the behavioral side, I was asked how I would look and give my team lead a time based on the characteristics of an upcoming task.
The interview process started with a phone interview, then I had to complete a take home coding challenge, and finally I finished with an afternoon of interviews with different stakeholders.

Interview
Had a phone call with a recruiter, received a take home assessment the same day. Nothing crazy. Followed by 4 back to back short interviews a week later. First with two fellow peers, then two senior devs, a project manager and then HR.
Overall it was a great experience, everyone was communicative and positive. The interviews felt more like a conversation which was great.
