I was given a few questions to review and then called in to interview on a panel of counselors, administrators, and office staff. Very easy. They asked about my experience, why I wanted to work for schools, what my future goals were. I Was given an offer within a couple days of the interview

How do you handle a hesitant staff member when introducing new material to their classroom
I don't know if after the pandemkc it will ir qas different.
Mine was done via Zoom conference, they ask for no virtual background to be shown.
They will usually just ask Six questions
There will be about 2-3 people in the interview with you.
