I applied online. I interviewed at Edmunds.com (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
Applied online, was contacted my a recruiter who set me up for a screening interview. Received a call the following week telling me that another (temp) recruiter would be taking over the interview process for the position and that they would have to reschedule.
Rescheduled but received a call that week saying they needed to reschedule AGAIN. Sure, why not.
When the screening finally happened they told me they would send me an email for interview on-site. Went for on-site interview with the director, manager, trainer and two senior account managers.
Director was first. I like her a lot as she seemed intelligent, composed, nice, and knowledgable. All questions about my experience.
Manager interview was like talking to an angry robot. All situational questions
Trainer didn't have my resume on hand. Showed up late. Would ask situational questions and try to respond with you with, "ok, so you mean xyz?". Which would have been great but she was almost never close to what I was communicating. Was she even listening???
Two senior account managers looked like they were thankful to finally have a break from their work. Seemed mostly like they didn't care much about the job. It was mostly open forum for me to bounce questions with them and seemed like they had no idea what their own jobs entailed.

Question 1
Almost all situational questions of how to handle sales teams and customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edmunds.com (Santa Monica, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The whole process took a little longer than normal because right after my phone interview they filled the last slot of the open position. However, the recruiter was so nice and said they shoudl be hiring again soon and she would circle back. Sure enough I heard from her a month later, scheduled a skype interview and an in person interview and was offered the job a few days later. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and I really felt welcomed. The final in person interview was a little intimidating because you are interviewed by about 6 different employees including directors, managers, and future co workers, but they were all extremely nice.

Question 1
If you had tickets in your queue and had a personal issue come up and had to leave early what would you do?
The AE's work with a monthly commission. What would you do if an AE did not meet the deadline for that particular month for one if its dealers because they were missing the dealer signature? There is not enough time to get the signature for this month's commission, but the AE tells you they are good for it.
Thank you so much for not only taking the time to give us your feedback, but for the participation in the interview process. It is always pleasing to hear that our recruiter was knowledgeable and responsive, and that the total time from start to finish was not too long.

Interview
Applied online after seeing the position on LinkedIn. Within 2 weeks, received an email for a telephonic with the recruiter, who was exceptional! Did their online assessment test (1hr), then an onsite interview lasting 3hrs with 6 different people. First round of the interviews was with 2 people who wanted me to ask questions so they could get a 'feel' of me and if I'd be a fit. In another round, role-play type, asked to respond back to two 'clients' email, was given a laptop and typed my response (answers) on a word doc.
Remaining interview was based on situational questions - "describe a time......" - & going over my resume.
