VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. I had a phone interview & video interview (both employees were late for each one) then I was told there would be a second interview then never heard ANYTHING. I reached out to the recruiter... NO response back. When someone dedicates their valuable time to interview with you, you could at least email back and say the position was filled.
