The interview process was very expedite. I was first contacted by the hiring manager for a 30-minute phone interview within less than a week after I had applied online. A week later I was invited to interview on site, in Colorado. The interview consisted in a series of 45-minutes panel interviews with 1-3 people each (small breaks in between). Most of the questions targeted my experience and skills directly relevant to the job, with no weird, behavioral questions. (I interviewed for a PhD-level position). All interviewers were potential co-workers, managers and same-level employees.
