I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Virtual interview with recorded questions. Pretty uncomfortable process. Would have preferred an in-person virtual interview over this format. Feel that this format takes all of the personality and interaction out of the process, and makes the candidate feel that they are undervalued at the very onset of the process. I don't believe there is any way to judge someone's suitability for a position via 3-5 recorded answers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2023
Interview
Interview process was pretty straight-forward. Had an internal referral which got me in contact with the recruiter. Two interviews (one recruiter and one panel). Interviews were quick succession. Offer followed shortly after.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Edward Jones
Interview
Interview process lasted 10 weeks. Company asked for full salary history, which I chose not to provide because of its proven history on reducing salaries of underrepresented populations. I went through four interviews, the last one being a full two months after they first reached out to me. I thought they were fully ghosting me after that fourth interview, and honestly I didn't follow up because I lost interest in the position by that point. After another seven weeks I received a message to say I did not get the position.
