Interview
This program is used in order to train recent college graduates to be FAs in various parts of the country. The interview is to make sure you're a good fit for the FA position, but also to make sure you understand what the role entails.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2016
Interview
Pleasant process. The Financial Advisor has worked at EJ for quite some time and seems to like it. He was very thorough with explaining how he runs the office.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Where do you see your self in five years; ten years?

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Albany, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
The process was long. There was the initial invitation to apply, have your application reviewed, a phone interview with recruiter, another application to be reviewed, meet with a financial advisor, do a business plan, phone interview with a higher status manager, do a virtual experience. Then they decide to hire you or not. The process was quite long but everyone was super nice and efficient.
