The interview process was very strange. I was in a room with hardly any light and told everything about the job that will be hard and demanding. It's like they are trying to scare you to not take the job.

It was a basic process. It only took a few days, but they had just lost a lot of their proofreading staff so they were looking to regroup. As a contract employee, you first interview with Ultimate Staffing and then with Edwards Lifesciences. The staffing workers seemed to want to help me do well in the real interview
