I got an email from talent acquisition the day after I applied for the position. Started with a short pre-screen call, followed around 10 days after by the request to send my work certificate. Following this I got a 1h interview with HR. The process stopped there as we couldn’t aligned on my flexibility needs and their presence needs.

So unprofessional. I had an interview with Edwards and then they never got back to me. I messaged them but they just completely left me in the dark! This was after they told me they would get back to me, so of course when they didn’t I followed up, still nothing from them. Very unprofessional to not even decline my application after already having met with them.
