I applied for the position on Indeed. I heard back within a week to have a phone interview with the program manager. I scheduled a phone interview during my lunch break at my current job. The program manager thanked me for fitting the interview into my schedule and was very courteous about our time restraint (an hour). The Program manager then asked to have a Face to Face interview. I told him it was difficult for me to get time off during 9TO5 because my current job took a long time to approve time off requests. The program manager said that was not a problem, and we scheduled a face time interview for 7pm. I was asked scenario questions about how to effectively communicate and interact with people. After the interview, the program manager sent me the internal application. I filled out the application and took the assignments. The program manager called me and told me I got the job. I got an offer letter within a week from corporate. Certain things the interviewer looking for; my communication skills, my problem solving skills, and my general work ethic and motivation.
