Alot over phone and emails, 1 interview, drug test and then jumping on a plane to Texas for training. Job details not described atiquately. Improper training to protocals and being held accountable for improper training. Being promised a direct line of communication with corporate which in all actuality is taboo. Very illusive in regards to job discription/job responsibilities. The interview process is secretive as you will be replacing an unknowing employee.
