The interview process started with an introductory call with the HR Manager. We talked through the role, my background, and the culture at Eggplant. We then scheduled an in-person interview. I met with the HR Manager, the Head of Sales, and another lead in the company for 30 minutes each. These interviews were mostly conversational with some behavioral interview questions mixed in. I found each person I spoke with to be friendly and respectful of my time and theirs. Overall it was a great experience and I left feeling excited about the possibility of working with the company.
