I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eight Sleep (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
The process was quick. I applied and received an interview request the next day. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, who was really friendly. One thing that threw me off was a big part of the job that wasn’t mentioned in the job description on the job listing, so I wasn’t prepared to answer questions about it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Eight Sleep (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
I had an initial screen, then met with the hiring manager who would of been this person's direct manager. I then made it to the assessment stage and was going to be brought on site (even though they had to reschedule) before I decided to pull my candidacy.
My gut feeling was that this place had a severely toxic work environment, and had a million red flags. One of the main ones being the the hiring manager telling me that I would need to be available for her 24/7, including weekends and basically would need to jump if she said so. That's when I knew immediately this place is looking for sheep and corporate suck-ups and not actual real people.
