The phone screening and first-round interview were pretty standard, but the second interview, with the company's founder, was like talking to a brick wall. She was stone-cold the entire time and showed no interest in getting to know me as a potential employee, which is something I would want in a potential employer. But the BIGGEST red flag for me (especially for a tech company) was that the employees have to go into the office five (5) days/week in NYC with no flex-work/hybrid options on the table, while she lives multiple states away and had a big home office setup. No, thank you.
