Eightfold Customer Success Director interview questions

Initially, the process was standard. Positive outreach, screening call, first interview etc, no interview brief, no details on what specifics to prepare for, the screening interview was very pleasant, nice recruiter and very professional, discussed next steps immediately and scheduled first interview. First interview was very formal, very specific questions and not too inviting, 3 weeks later a few discussions with recruitment who didn’t have an answer, no feedback or answer on an outcome. So the outcome ultimately being a no, just without confirming this.
